A panic attack is simply a condition in which the body’s anxiety level surges abnormally high and the body reacts to this high increase by sending off intense reactions throughout the body such as: dizziness, racing heartbeat and difficulty in breathing. Stress adds to increased and deep emotional distress that can help to bring about a panic attack. You can choose within yourself a way to deal with stressful situations or you can choose to ignore it. However, dealing with the problems and working it out in your minds helps a great deal.
